SCHEDULE AND SHOW DETAILS
FRIDAY, DEC 4, 2026, SETUP - 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM - CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
ALL participating artists are required to assist in setup, tear down, and clean up of the venue as needed.
SATURDAY, DEC 5, 2026, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: 10:00 AM – 5:00PM PM
We encourage each participating artist to donate one bag of cookies for the hospitality table.
Each artist is encouraged to demonstrate their craft during the show
Each artist will be able to treat their ‘store front’ as their own, respecting the panels, size and requirements for easels and/or pedestals as listed below. ‘Store Front’ is defined as one side of four art panels.
All art sold may be removed as items are sold. All Art that has been SOLD must be removed from the venue no later than end of show 3:30PM
Artists are responsible for packaging all items sold.
ELIGIBILITY
MUST be an active member of the Tomball Art League.

PRESENTATION OF ARTWORK
ART MUST BE APPROPRIATE FOR FAMILY FRIENDLY VIEWING: Remember that each piece of art is representative of the Tomball Art League. No nudes, gory violence and/or obscene words, figures or objects may be depicted in the art piece or its’ Title.
CLEAR ART SLEEVES – OPTIONAL -Sleeves will be available for use with the Art Labels. . It is the responsibility of each artist to return these sleeves to the League at the end of the show.
HARMON HOOKS – OPTIONAL -Velcro hanging hooks will be available for use on the art panels. It is the responsibility of the artist to return these to the League at the end of the show.
