Tomball, TX — The Tomball Art League proudly announces the completion of a three-panel mural at 314 Market Street in historic downtown Tomball. The mural space and project location were sponsored by The Huston Group, whose support made this community art installation possible. The Huston Group selected designs by TAL Artists: Teri Clark and Kathy Wortham from all submissions received.
Painted by members of the Tomball Art League, the mural celebrates Tomball’s agricultural heritage and the railroad legacy that helped establish the town in 1907. Each panel reflects a chapter of Tomball’s story—from early farming and ranching, to the powerful presence of the railroad, and back to the oil that continues to shape the town today.
This marks the League’s first public mural project and reflects its commitment to strengthening community identity through collaborative public art.
Residents and visitors are invited to stop by 314 Market Street to experience this vibrant tribute to Tomball’s past and future.
